HOMOLOGATION OF LAUNDERIES FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS
An important dealer requested us to improve their laundry process for their Nuclear Station uniforms. The project demanded a high level of water and detergent saving without an impact in quality of.
After a detailed analysis of the client needs, we formulated four personalised products and devised a tailored laundry plan that fulfilled the objective and that were homologated for their exclusive use in nuclear stations.
The client experienced excellent results by using our detergents, improving the uniforms condition even after months unused.
ULTRASOUND CLEANING PRODUCTS FOR MACHINERY
After a first contact with Europe’s main manufacturer of technical ultrasound cleaning machinery, we were presented with the opportunity to create a new series of detergents for this kind of cleaning.
We heard our client’s requests and formulated a series of detergents and additives. We tested them in machinery, finding solutions and improving production processes.
We created a full series of products for this type of cleaning that is currently being exported to all five continents.
BIODEGRADABLE DETERGENTS FOR WIND FARMS
The creation of new Wind Farms in Spain has increased the country needs for their maintenance. Being in a natural setting, the products used must be respectful with the environment. For this reason, the manufacturer of the only maintenance service of the sector, requested us to develop a fully biodegradable cleaning product.
We formulated new detergents and selected one of them, which complies with all the needs and requirements for this project.
Thanks to our biodegradable detergents, Wind Farms maintenance and cleaning follows all new quality requests, preserving the natural environment.
